1. Payment Methods
  •  Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made online by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed securely through Stripe to ensure your financial information is protected.

 

2. Due Date
  •  Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Please make your payment within 7 days to avoid any service interruption.

3. Late Payments

  • Grace Period: A grace period of 5 days is granted from the due date.

  • Late Fee: A late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied if payment is not received within the grace period. An additional fee of 1% per month will be applied to any remaining balance thereafter.

4. Invoice Disputes Dispute Period:
  • Any dispute or discrepancy regarding the invoice must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date. Please contact us at contact@mydigitaskers.com for resolution. Resolution Time: We aim to resolve any dispute within 5 working days of notification.

5. Refund Policy
  • Eligibility: Reimbursements for services rendered are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please see our [Link to Refund Policy] for detailed information.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
